About Donald Devet

A 40-year veteran of puppetry and television, Donald began his career puppeteering on a children’s TV show when in high school. Then, while serving in the Army in Korea during the Vietnam War, his puppets found a home on the American Forces Korean Network.
From Korea to Charlotte, an 11-year career as an Instructional TV Producer lead Donald to Drew Allison; together they developed Grey Seal Puppets. Then a move to New York City was an opportunity for Donald to produce special programming for “The Newshour” on PBS.
Donald is currently the electronic consultant and webmaster for UNIMA-USA.
